Business Analyst / Product Owner

About the role

You will own the product backlog for a client engagement: discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritisation and outcome tracking — the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering pod.

What you will do

Run discovery workshops; map processes and pain points
Write user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritised backlog
Facilitate sprint reviews and gather stakeholder feedback
Define success metrics and report outcomes
Support UAT and release readiness

What we are looking for

4–8 years as a BA or PO on software products
Strong requirements and process-modelling skills
Experience with Jira / Azure Boards and Agile delivery
Excellent stakeholder communication
Domain exposure to manufacturing, BFSI or healthcare a plus

Nice to have

CSPO / PSPO
Data literacy (SQL, dashboards)
UX collaboration experience
