Data we collect

Contact and enquiry forms: name, email, company, phone (optional), message. Job applications: name, contact details, resume/CV, experience and links you provide. Store orders: name, address, contact details and order history; payment details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us. Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies (see Cookie notice).

Why we process it

To respond to enquiries and quotes, to deliver orders, to assess job applications, to run and secure this website, and — with your consent — to send occasional updates. Legal bases (GDPR): contract, legitimate interests and consent. We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Sharing

Data is processed by our hosting, forms and commerce provider (Wix), email provider and payment processors, each under contractual safeguards. We never sell personal data. Data may be processed outside India/EU by these providers with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries: 24 months. Job applications: 12 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Orders: as required by tax and accounting law (typically 8 years in India).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing by emailing info@kunalbearings.com. EU/UK residents may also complain to their supervisory authority; Indian residents to the Data Protection Board of India.
