Orders ship from Ahmedabad within 2 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days across India via insured courier. Tracking is shared by email. Export orders: we ship worldwide under our IEC/REX registrations — request a quote for freight and documentation.
Exchange is available if there is any problem with a product. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we arrange pickup and dispatch a replacement, or refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a refund less courier charges. Custom-to-drawing bearings are non-returnable unless defective.
GST invoices are issued for every order. Provide your GSTIN at checkout for input credit.
