About the role

You will lead the setup and operation of capability centers for global enterprises: entity and compliance, workspace and IT, hiring plans, governance and transfer readiness — working closely with client leadership.

What you will do

Run the Build phase: entity, STPI/SEZ, compliance, workspace, cloud landing zone
Plan and execute hiring of founding teams with Talent
Establish governance, KPIs and cost transparency for the Operate phase
Prepare transfer packages: IP, contracts, knowledge base
Own the client relationship at program level

What we are looking for

8+ years in program management, 3+ years running captive centers, ODCs or large accounts
Understanding of Indian entity, tax and labour basics
Strong financial management and reporting skills
Executive communication and negotiation
PMP or equivalent

Nice to have

Experience with STPI / SEZ / GIFT City
Facilities and vendor management
Multi-country program experience
