About the role

You will design and ship LLM applications — retrieval-augmented assistants, agentic workflows, document automation — with evaluation, observability and safety built into the product, not bolted on.

What you will do

Build agent workflows with LangGraph / Semantic Kernel and vector search
Design retrieval pipelines: chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking
Implement evals, tracing and guardrails; measure quality and cost
Integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
Prototype quickly with clients, then harden for production

What we are looking for

2–5 years in software engineering with 1+ year shipping LLM features
Strong Python and API design; TypeScript a plus
Hands-on with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic APIs and at least one agent framework
Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation and failure modes
Pragmatic about cost, latency and data privacy

Nice to have

FastAPI + React product experience
Fine-tuning and open-weight models
Security review experience for AI systems
