About the role

You will lead delivery for one or more pods: ceremonies, flow, risk and dependency management, and the metrics that keep client leadership confident.

Facilitate Scrum / SAFe ceremonies and PI planning

Track and improve flow metrics (DORA, cycle time, predictability)

Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication

Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement

Own delivery reporting and governance

5+ years in Agile delivery roles

CSM / PSM or SAFe SM certification

Experience running distributed teams

Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills

Comfortable with delivery tooling and dashboards

SAFe RTE

Technical background

Experience with GCC or ODC setups
