About the role

You will own reliability for client platforms we operate under SLA: SLOs and error budgets, incident management, capacity and performance engineering, and the automation that keeps operations boring.

What you will do

Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets with product teams
Lead incident response, blameless post-mortems and reliability roadmaps
Engineer observability, alerting and runbooks; reduce noise and MTTR
Performance and capacity testing; cost-aware scaling strategies
Build automation that removes recurring operational work

What we are looking for

4–7 years in SRE / production engineering
Deep Kubernetes and cloud networking troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in Go or Python for tooling
Experience running 24×7 services with formal incident management
Strong understanding of distributed-systems failure modes

Nice to have

Chaos engineering
Experience with Wix, Vercel or other managed platforms
ITIL foundation
